Steinway Concert Series:

POP GO THE CLASSICS - THURSDAY, APRIL 29

The Georgia Military College Steinway Concert Series presented Pop Go The Classics, starring Mac Frampton and The ThreePenny Symphony, on Thursday, April 29. The featured artists for the spring concert performed classical music with a twist of pop to an enthusiastic crowd in the Goldstein Center for the Performing Arts. The group presented a variety of well known classics such as “William Tell Overture,” “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring” and “Rhapsody in Blue.” Following the concert, guests enjoyed an outdoor reception with light jazz music provided by the Monty Cole Jazz Quintet on Grant Parade.
